Kairos Faith Sisterhood and Champions Corporation (KFS&C), we are a nonprofit organization committed to transforming the lives of at-risk youth and women. Founded in December 2022 by Kimberly Perry, our mission is rooted in personal experience and a deep passion for uplifting those who face significant challenges. We provide essential resources, support, and mentorship to help individuals reclaim their lives and build brighter futures.

 

My Why

My journey is deeply rooted in my personal experiences, which have shaped my passion for helping others. At just 15 years old, I endured a relationship that was both mentally and physically abusive. I lost sight of who I was and felt trapped in a world where I believed I had no one to turn to. This painful chapter in my life taught me valuable lessons about vulnerability, strength, and the critical importance of support systems.

I realized that many young individuals face similar struggles, often feeling isolated and without guidance. It became my mission to create a safe haven for those who have been marginalized by their circumstances. I founded Kairos Faith Sisterhood and Champions Corporation (KFS&C) not only to share my story but to ensure that no one else feels the way I did—lost, alone, and without hope.

My “why” is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive. I am driven by a desire to empower at-risk youth and women, providing them with the resources, mentorship, and community they need to reclaim their lives. I want to be a guiding light for those navigating their own challenges, helping them discover their worth and potential.

 

At KFS&C, we strive to cultivate an environment where individuals can embrace their identities, develop essential life skills, and find support in one another. My commitment to this cause is fueled by the hope that together, we can break the cycle of trauma and create a brighter future for the next generation.

In every program we offer and in every life we touch, my purpose remains clear: to inspire resilience, foster community, and ignite the spark of possibility in those who need it most. This is my “why,” and it drives me to make a lasting impact, one life at a time

 

Our Purpose

We exist to create a safe haven for individuals affected by domestic violence, trauma, and socio-economic hardships. Our purpose is to address the unique needs of our community by offering comprehensive programs that empower participants to overcome adversity and foster resilience. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive.

 

Who We Serve

KFS&C proudly serves: At-Risk Youth (Ages 13-17): Young individuals navigating the complexities of adolescence while facing challenges such as domestic violence, low-income situations, and trauma.
Young Women (Ages 18-30): Women seeking support in building life skills, accessing education, and finding stable housing.
- Families in Crisis: Individuals and families who are experiencing instability, including those affected by foster care involvement or mental health issues
